What is this?

It's a perfectly balanced snack bar: 40% of the caloric value is derived from carbohydrates, predominatly fructose, so as not to raise glycaemia; 30% from milk proteins; and 30% from fat.

What does it contain?

GM-FREE soya protein-based and IP (Identity Preserved). DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN.

Characteristics:

ONLY SOYA PROTEIN: Extensive use of the best possible protein in the Zone, i.e. purified from soya.
GLA: Borage seed oil - indispensable for the synthesis of good eicosanoids.
LOW GLYCAEMIC INDEX: Thanks to the use of fructose and soluble fibre, it ensures that blood glucose levels are high.
VITAMIN E: Naturally derived vitamin E - 50% of the RDA.
MAGNESIUM - 15% OF THE RDA: Fundamental for eicosanoid synthesis.
L-ARGININE: An amino acid, important for nitric oxide production.
