What is this?

A tasty milk shake is prepared by dissolving the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk.

What does it contain?

The protein component is based on milk whey protein, obtained by cross-flow micro-filtration. None of the sources contains any gluten.

Characteristics:

40-30-30 POWDER RECIPE: The caloric values are divided as follows: 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein, 30% fat.
LOW GLYCAEMIC INDEX: Thanks to the use of fructose and soluble fibre, it ensures that blood glucose levels are high.
ATTRIBUTES: Once the milk whey proteins obtained by (soft) CFMF are combined with (freeze-dried).
