Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 Dear Customer, This is to inform you that the personal information you provide will be handled by Enervit S.p.A. and Zerogrey S.r.l. in full compliance with the regulations pertaining to the protection of processing of personal data. In particular, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 Enervit and Zerogrey hereby inform you that: 1- The data you provide will be collected using electronic means and processed, also with the aid of electronic devices, for the following ends: a) ends associated with the execution of the service requested and the administration of product purchase orders; b) statistical ends, distribution of promotional material and information, also through the use of email and tele-marketing. 2- Submission of data is voluntary, but any refusal to provide it makes it impossible to fulfil any of your purchase orders. 4- Your personal data will be processed for the above defined purposes exclusively by qualified persons specifically charged with the task within the Enervit and Zerogrey corporate structures, particularly those in Enervit operating within the Accounting, Marketing, Communications, New Media, Commercial, General Management and Administration departments, and in Zerogrey, the Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Internet, Commercial, General Management and Administration departments. Furthermore, only where absolutely necessary in relation to the ends mentioned here, your information may also be sent to subsidiaries and/or associates of Zerogrey S.r.l. and/or Enervit S.p.A. as well as to companies conducting market research activities on behalf of the data owning companies. Still within the scope of the ends mentioned here, with communication to the above parties, your data may be transferred overseas, even outwith the European Union. 5- You may refer to the data owning companies in order to enforce your rights as envisaged in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, and in particular, at any time, you have the right to obtain conformation of the existence of data pertaining to you and discover the content and origin, to verify the accuracy or request that it be supplemented, updated, or corrected. Pursuant to the same regulations, you also have the right to request the deletion, anonymisation and blockage of data processing in violation of the law; as well as to oppose processing of the data for legitimate reasons. 6- The data owning companies are Enervit S.p.A, with registered head office in Pian del Tivano, Zelbio (CO) and Zerogrey S.r.l., with registered head office in Via Colli 15, Turin.
